How It Works
If you’re a gym owner, personal trainer, or a business owner who can regularly send patients to Elevate Physiotherapy for their treatment needs, our referral scheme offers a fantastic opportunity.
For each new patient you refer to Elevate for treatment, and they book a new patient appointment, you’ll receive £20 as a token of our appreciation.
The person you are referring to Elevate will also receive a £5 discount off their first appointment.

Each time you refer a new patient, your Referral Account will be credited. You will receive your referral payments on the 30th of each month, directly in to your bank account.

Referral Cards & Posters
We will provide you with a box of referral cards for distribution. When a referred patient presents a completed referral card at their initial appointment, your account will be credited with £20. Please ensure that the referral card is presented at the first appointment to qualify for the credit.
