Armed with nothing more than a logo, a box of leaflets, and a tiny, itsy-bitsy rented room on Goodyear Business Park in Mawdesley, Elevate Physiotherapy officially sprung into existence! And just like that, a powerhouse was born, ready to conquer the world of physio with their charm and skills! Talk about starting from the bottom and now they’re here! 😄🏋️♂️
Now, let’s talk about Claire – our very own physiotherapy legend with a heart of gold and a fondness for the fizzy delights! 🥂 With her wealth of experience and enchanting touch, she holds the key to the clinic’s success, a true master of physiotherapy magic!
Her genuine care for others shines through in everything she does, and her positive energy is infectious. Claire is not just a boss; she’s a mentor and a friend, guiding us all with her wisdom and warm heart.
But wait, there’s more to this incredible woman! When she’s not busy working her physiotherapy wonders, Claire transforms into the fearless leader of the fell-walking squad. With her two little adventurers, Holly and Noah, and the ever-energetic dog, Teddy, they conquer the mesmerising landscapes of the Lake District like true champs! Move over, Bear Grylls – Claire and her crew are the ultimate adventure squad!
And speaking of adventures, the weekends are a whole other story! Claire knows how to unwind and enjoy some well-deserved downtime. She may just indulge in a glass of fizz – a delightful little treat that adds a sparkle to her days.

Lucy

Introducing the fabulous Lucy! This dynamic physio and sports massage whiz is like a magic wand for sports injuries. She’s got the skills, the passion, and the keen eye for detail to tackle any problem that comes her way. Move over Sherlock Holmes, Lucy’s got this!
But wait, there’s more to this wonder woman! When she’s not busy putting her patients back in the game, Lucy unleashes her inner sports star on the football pitch, running track and also by hitting the gym. Yep, she’s been kicking balls since she was barely out of nappies, and has even been rocking the North West Women’s Regional Football League in recent years. Goal-scoring is her cardio, folks!
Oh, but that’s not all! Lucy knows how to unwind like a true champ. When she’s not running on the field, she’s taking her two labradors on epic walks – two furballs, two leash masters, and one happy Lucy! And hey, let’s not forget the occasional glass of Prosecco to add a sprinkle of sparkle to her downtime. Cheers to that!

Introducing Evie – Born and bred on the beautiful Isle of Man 
, Evie blossomed amidst the island’s breathtaking vistas, developing an ardor for all things open-air and equestrian. Who needs the indoors when you’ve got the great outdoors and those majestic equine companions, eh?
From her teenage years, Evie had a career ambition as clear as day – she was dead set on becoming a physiotherapist. After a stint of learning at the University of Liverpool, she emerged as a full-fledged physio aficionado, with a particular soft spot for untangling musculoskeletal puzzles. And lo and behold, now she’s prancing into a leading practice, all set to weave her magic on the musculoskeletal front. Prepare to be amazed!🙌
Now, let’s delve into Evie’s obsession – horses, those four-legged poets of motion. Her partner-in-equine-adventures, Waldo Pepper (a horse with a moniker that could belong to a dashing hero of yesteryears), and Evie are packing their horseshoes and embarking on a new chapter in the charming West Lancs area. Trust me, it’s the perfect locale for a horse-human duo to set their equestrian dreams galloping.
But wait, there’s more! In a past life, Evie was a fledgling gymnast, flipping and twirling with the grace of a squirrel on a trampoline. She even graced her club and the Isle of Man with her gymnastic prowess on the national stage. Ah, those were the days – somersaults, flips, and the occasional graceful descent, all accompanied by her personal symphony of “ouches” and “owies.” Thanks to her gymnastic escapades, she’s had the curious pleasure of experiencing physiotherapy firsthand.
When she’s not busy perfecting the art of physiotherapy or cantering with Waldo Pepper, Evie channels her inner baking virtuoso. Oh yes, she conjures up treats that could make even Mary Berry nod in approval. Her pièce de résistance? Brownies, rocky road, and choc chip cookies that could warm the heart of a Grinch!
And because life just wouldn’t be complete without a dash of beachy bliss, you might find Evie by the seashore, either astride a gallant steed or taking a leisurely stroll with the family canine companions. So, there you have it – a sneak peek into the whirlwind of equestrian escapades, gymnastic feats, physio enchantment, and baking brilliance that defines Evie’s world. Ta-daa! 🎩🐴
Karen
Clinic Manager
Ah, behold the mighty Karen – the official “Smile Ambassador” of the clinic! 😄 When you step foot into our little haven of healing, Karen’s beaming grin is there to make you feel instantly at ease. But that’s not all! If you dare to call the clinic to schedule or tweak an appointment, you’ll likely hear Karen’s delightful voice on the other end. She’s practically a superhero when it comes to juggling calls and keeping our appointment book in tip-top shape!
But wait, there’s more! Karen is the ultimate mastermind behind the scenes. She keeps the rest of us staff members in line (a task not for the faint-hearted, mind you) and, believe it or not, she even manages to keep the clinic spick and span! We’re convinced she’s got a secret stash of magic cleaning potions hidden somewhere.
So, hats off to Karen – the heart and soul of our clinic, the keeper of schedules, and the guardian of cleanliness! We simply couldn’t run this place without her infectious smile and her unparalleled organizational skills. Karen, we salute you! 👏🌟
Claudia

With newfound knowledge on how to patch up boo-boos, Claudia set her sights on UCLan for her physiotherapy studies 🎓. After emerging victorious with a degree in hand, she braved the wilds of the NHS, gaining invaluable experience and a hearty collection of scrubs 🏥.
But wait, there’s more! Our hero also mastered the art of Pilates with a Michael King qualification 🧘♀️, tackled a Level 4 VTCT sports massage course 💆♂️, and discovered an array of personal hobbies. She scaled climbing walls like Spider-Man 🧗♀️, found zen in yoga and meditation 🧘, and recharged in the great outdoors 🌳. Plus, she wielded knitting needles with the finesse of a Jedi lightsaber 🧶, always ready to conjure up a cozy sock or two 🧦.
And so, with a toolkit of skills and a sock project perpetually in progress, Claudia continues her quest to keep bodies in tip-top shape while bringing a bit of calm to the chaos 😌.
