This outdoor-loving physio is as adventurous as they come – if she’s not out wild camping under the stars, you’ll find her exploring scenic trails with her trusty sidekick, a cheeky little Jack Russell 🐾.
With a background in dance, Katie’s always had a passion for movement, fitness and helping others feel their best 💃💪. These days, she gets her endorphin fix through running – whether it’s a quick jog or a long-distance challenge, she’s always up for it! 🏃♀️✨
But it’s not all sweat and stretching – Katie knows how to live life in balance! She loves a good shopping trip 🛍️, finding new foodie spots to try 🍽️, and unwinding with a well-deserved glass of prosecco (or two!) 🥂.

Ah, behold the mighty Karen – the official “Smile Ambassador” of the clinic! 😄 When you step foot into our little haven of healing, Karen’s beaming grin is there to make you feel instantly at ease. But that’s not all! If you dare to call the clinic to schedule or tweak an appointment, you’ll likely hear Karen’s delightful voice on the other end. She’s practically a superhero when it comes to juggling calls and keeping our appointment book in tip-top shape!
But wait, there’s more! Karen is the ultimate mastermind behind the scenes. She keeps the rest of us staff members in line (a task not for the faint-hearted, mind you) and, believe it or not, she even manages to keep the clinic spick and span! We’re convinced she’s got a secret stash of magic cleaning potions hidden somewhere.
